Key Responsibilities
* Simultaneous management of multiple sized projects
* Effective stakeholder management
* Develop and deliver project plans
* Prepare and manage project documentation
* Define project resource requirements and manage resources
* Manage project risks, issues, reporting, escalation, resolution
* Manage delivery and approval of all deliverables
* Financial project management (budgeting, finance during implementation)
* Monitor, track, report project activity and status
* Change request management
* Organise, run and document project meetings
* Work with and delegate project activities to the project administration function
* Maintain internal systems as directed
* Enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required
* Coach and mentor Junior Project Managers
* Cover for colleagues as directed
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Experience developing with the KCML language
* A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
* Solid problem‑solving and communication skills
* Experience using Jira for task management
Desirable
* Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors
* Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP solutions
* Willing to assist with building DEFTESTS to automate testing
* An understanding of Git and Linux
