Dental Receptionist
We're on the lookout for an approachable, organised, and confident dental receptionist to become the friendly face of our busy emergency practice. In this role, no two days are the same some shifts can be fast-paced and high energy, while others are calmer and more relaxed.
What you'll do:
* Welcome patients and visitors, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
* Handle phone calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage incoming emails and forward them to the right team members.
* Book and organise appointments, keeping diaries up to date.
* Complete everyday admin such as filing, data input, and maintaining records.
* Keep the reception area clean, organised, and inviting.
* Lend a hand with other duties to support the wider team when needed.
What we're looking for:
* Strong people skills and the ability to put patients at ease.
* Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle tasks.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A warm, friendly, and caring personality with a professional appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
