We’re looking for a Creative Account Manager to join one of our client teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing creative campaigns end to end, building strong client relationships, and working closely with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality work. It would suit a strong Junior Account Manager or Senior Account Executive who’s ready to take the next step. As a Creative Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering creative content across Subway campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for the client, understanding their needs and translating them into clear, actionable creative briefs. Working closely with the Account Director, Senior Account Manager and wider internal teams, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Key responsibilities Managing day-to-day client relationships, helping to build strong, trusted partnerships and understanding client needs. Owning the delivery of creative projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are consistently met. Writing clear and effective creative briefs and working closely with creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life. Providing regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project progress, flagging risks early, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed. Supporting quality control across all outputs to ensure work meets both client expectations and internal standards. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or agency environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working directly with clients. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. A good understanding of creative processes and how to translate client requirements into practical briefs. Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering high-quality work. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and stay calm when things move quickly. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically when challenges arise.
