What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading client projects from brief through to final delivery
* Managing day-to-day client relationships with clarity, calm and confidence
* Working with strategists, researchers, creatives and senior consultants to shape strong outcomes
* Supporting and challenging client thinking where needed
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts or contribute to new business activity
* Helping structure complex challenges into practical, manageable programmes of work
* Acting as a senior voice within the team, supporting others and contributing to the culture
What You’ll Need
* Strong background in client services, in a business development capacity in consultancy or strategic marketing roles
* Experience managing complex projects and building long-term client relationships
* A confident, credible communication style with senior stakeholders
* The ability to translate insight into clear, useful strategic direction
* A mix of commercial awareness, curiosity and emotional intelligence
* A steady hand under pressure and a focus on clarity over jargon
