4. Employee Relations, confident with investigations, note‑taking, oues and manager coaching

6. Recruitment, briefing roles, shortlisting/interviews, offers and onboarding

7. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
8. Strong HR systems savvy (data, records, reporting)
9. A calm, practical style and great judgement
What you’ll do (the highlights)
ER & HR Ops
10. First point of contact for employee queries; consistent, legally‑sound advice
11. Support ER cases end‑to‑end: investigations, documentation, oues
12. Keep immaculate, confidential records and ensure GDPRpliance
Recruitment & Onboarding
13. Coordinate postings, screening, interviews and offers
14. Prepare contracts and onboarding packs; deliver smooth inductions
Learning & Development
15. Track statutorypliance training; report progress and gaps
16. Coordinate in‑house/external learning and keep clean training records
Payroll Coordination
17. Partner with Finance/payroll to capture starters/leavers/changes accurately
18. Verify monthly inputs and maintain audit‑ready data
Projects, Culture & Continuous Improvement
19. Champion values and belonging; help lift engagement across teams
20. Improve processes and systems; contribute to people projects that scale a growing business
