Responsibilities
* To gain maximum business value from the Oracle HCM suite of modules by aligning system capability with organisational people, workforce and statutory needs.
* Collaborate with Corporate HR teams to bridge their requirements and technology, using HR and Payroll application configuration knowledge.
* Work closely with Oracle HCM developers to optimise the technology potential.
* Use excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and share insights, building resilient relationships.
* Become an expert on specific Oracle HCM modules and shape their use to improve processes, embracing new capabilities.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience and ability to present ideas.
* Strong analytical skills to understand complex requirements and translate into workable solutions.
* Willingness to learn and evolve quickly.
Ideal candidate: experience working with Oracle HCM applications or detailed HR/Payroll knowledge with desire to learn Oracle.
