Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll help define and deliver how complex, nuclear-grade components are made ensuring processes are robust, repeatable, and meet strict industry standards for safety and quality.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-integrity nuclear components.
* Create detailed, traceable documentation such as work instructions and control plans.
* Ensure all methods align with strict nuclear codes and standards (e.g. ASME, RCC-M).
* Support process validation to confirm manufacturing meets design intent.
* Work closely with design, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure readiness for production.
* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost process reliability and efficiency

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Solid understanding of manufacturing process development and validation.
* Familiarity with safety-critical standards (e.g., ASME, RCC-M, ISO 9001).
* Experience producing and managing process documentation and control plans.
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
* Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with design and QA teams.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Experience working with highly regulated or precision manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
