A prestigious Legal 500 firm in Manchester is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded commercial property team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate looking to develop their career within a leading practice known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and strong client base.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, working with national and international clients across key sectors. The work will involve:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Asset management
* Development and regeneration projects
* Corporate support work
* Advising on property finance and investment transactions
You’ll play an active role in managing client relationships, supervising junior team members (depending on level), and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial real estate
* Experience suitable for Associate or Senior Associate level (typically 3+ PQE, but flexibility for strong candidates)
* Strong technical ability with a commercial and solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Confidence working on complex, high-value transactions
* A proactive team player with the ambition to progress within a top-tier environment
