The Role Envo Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale HV projects, specifically installations and new connections at 33kV and 132kV. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions, while contributing to the growth of the renewable energy and private networks sectors across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing technical support and solutions tailored to their needs. Project Planning : Develop clear project deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines. Team Coordination : Oversee and coordinate the efforts of technicians, craftspeople, and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Program Development : Create and manage the project programme to ensure the timely delivery and successful implementation of key milestones. Budget and Resource Management : Oversee the financial performance of projects, ensuring budget adherence and resource allocation efficiency. Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure projects comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe working environment. Quality Assurance : Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits, ensuring that projects meet both technical and performance requirements. Performance Evaluation : Evaluate the performance of team members and sub-contractors, ensuring continuous improvement in project execution. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing complex HV projects. Ideal Candidate Requirements: HNC in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Distribution, or equivalent. Experience working with private networks or in the renewable energy sector at 33kV and 132kV. In-depth knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with teams, ensuring project success. Proven experience coordinating technical teams and sub-contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
