We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a growing main contractor that work on residential projects. The role will involve supporting the commercial team on projects during the preconstruction stage.

Assist senior management in the commercial evaluation of pre-construction projects.
Support the preparation of tender submissions, cost plans, budgets, and feasibility assessments.
Contribute to procurement activities, including supplier enquiries, comparisons, and package analysis.
Help manage project documentation, risk registers, and commercial reporting.
Coordinate with design, planning, and delivery teams to gather information during pre-construction.
Participate in interface meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure projects progress through early-stage gateways.
Maintain accurate commercial data and assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
