This role will work in IT operations, managing user accounts in Active Directory and supporting modern devices through Microsoft Intune. From setting up new starters to keeping laptops, tablets, and mobile devices running smoothly. Key duties: Create and manage user accounts and access Support and maintain devices across the business Resolve 2nd line technical issues Help deliver a seamless and secure user experience Candidates should have experience in a 2nd Line (or similar) IT support role and strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
