Ensure staff are trained and confident in new systems and processes. Uphold and champion Health & Safety standards, compliance, and best Manage the forklift service budget Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to Maintaining high levels of health and safety within the service department environments i.e. workshops, office and customer sites. Keeping our staff safe is important to us and you will be a key member of the leadership team Carry out service team 1-2-1 / appraisals to ensure visibility of performance and employee engagement Ideal Candidate: A focus on customer requirements and expectations with the ability to meet or exceed these from an individual and team perspective Commercial outlook and mindset which facilitates profitable growth of the depot and wider company/group Planning and forecasting from a number of perspectives.
