CRM Manager (B2C) | £40,000 – £50,000 DOE | Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid)
A well-established end-user business based in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of their customer relationship strategy across the full B2C lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending data, marketing, and customer insight to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
The Role
As CRM Manager, you'll:
Own and develop the CRM strategy across B2C customer journeys
Manage customer data, segmentation, and campaign targeting
Work closely with marketing, digital, and commercial teams to drive engagement
Analyse customer behaviour and performance to optimise campaigns
Ensure CRM data accuracy, governance, and best practice usage
Act as the internal CRM expert and point of contact across the business
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a CRM Manager or CRM Executive role within a B2C environment
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalisation
Confident working with customer data, insights, and performance metrics
Comfortable operating in an end-user, in-house setting
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bonus points for:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience working with email marketing, automation, and campaign tools
Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
