Join Our client's team as a Receptionist / Administrator!
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry? We're seeking two dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionists / Administrators to join our client in Winnersh! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the first point of contact, this might be the perfect role for you.
This role involves job sharing between two receptionists. You will work either morning or afternoon shifts and then swap the following week on a fortnightly rota. You will also need to cover each other's holidays. Hours will be 8am to 1pm or 12:30pm to 5:30pm; flexibility to work both shifts is required.

What You'll Do:
* Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly approach
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally
* Manage administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
* Support the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
* A positive attitude and team player mindset
