Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at Great Yarmouth Borough Council. The Building Surveyor will conduct building and condition surveys, oversee feasibility studies, and manage contracts. Responsibilities include providing expertise in dilapidations and ensuring that all projects meet required standards and regulations. Work will be based in Great Yarmouth, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
* Experience conducting Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
* Knowledge of Dilapidations
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and part of a team in a hybrid work environment
* Relevant professional qualifications and certifications are advantageous
* A valid driving license and ability to travel within the borough
