We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates to join secondary schools in Newcastle as Teaching Assistants. It’s a role where you’ll make a real difference every day—helping pupils with their learning, supporting behaviour in class, and working alongside teachers to create positive, supportive environments.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with their learning and wellbeing
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra help
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Building positive relationships that boost confidence and progress
What we’re looking for:
* A Psychology graduate (or soon-to-be graduate)
* Someone with strong communication and empathy
* A proactive, supportive approach in the classroom
* Previous experience with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, or volunteering) is a bonus!
