To ensure the efficient and effective running of the Management offices by providing a comprehensive personal secretarial/administrative support service, including secretarial support, diary management, organising meetings and various other duties over the whole range of responsibilities

What we'll need you to bring
1. HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Management Secretary
3. Proficient in the use of Software systems
4. Advanced keyboard skills
5. Ability to use own initiative
6. Medical terminology
7. Good organisational and communication skills
8. Confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and discretion
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
9. NHS experience
10. SSTS Reports
11. Effective team worker
12. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to support organisational objectives
13. Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
14. Excellent oral and written communication skills including minute taking and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
15. Ability to co-ordinate rotas for Senior staff
16. Ability to manage Diaries on a daily basis
