We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to join a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality business. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new revenue streams, and developing innovative strategies to expand their portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across all business areas
* Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams and market opportunities
* Lead new business initiatives, from concept to delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions
* Oversee commercial performance, analysing data to track success
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior commercial role within hospitality or events
* Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning
* A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels
