This highly successful and busy fashion company is looking for an HR Support to work on a part-time basis, either 3-4 days per week depending on the candidate. With the company's continuous growth and increasing demands, you as an HR professional will bring your expertise to support the staff and align with the company's way of working.
HR Support Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruitment process, including extending job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
* Track daily staff clock-ins
* Ensure policy documents are up to date and compliant with legal requirements
* Monitor sick leave and absence patterns
* Serve as a point of contact for staff at all levels, from junior to leadership
* Maintain the utmost confidentiality
HR Support Skills & Experience
* This role is split between two of their Head Offices and would be best suited for a candidate located in the North West.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment law
