Hospitality Team Member - Main Purpose of job:
To assist in all operational aspects of Mill Farm Hospitality Venues and ensure the smooth running of the department and offer exceptional customer service at all times.
Hospitality Team Member - Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests. All enquires made in person or over the phone must be handled to the standards of Mill Farm.
* Serve meals & drinks to guests
* To assist in the set up and maintenance of all service areas and storage of deliveries.
* Notify the Manager or his/her deputy where stocks/supplies are low
* Maintain an effective reservations program.
* Adhere to all Mill Farm standards in every interaction with guests, colleagues, other members of the team and external suppliers and contacts.
Hospitality Team Member - Ideal Applicant:
* Experience is preferred but not essential.
* Must be well presented and confident in dealing with customers.
* Must be flexible and available to work at short notice.
* Honesty and reliability are essential.
