This new role will be to support new students’ who are working towards their journey back in education by understanding how we can adapt our environment to suit their educational aspirations. Our Referral and Intervention team are pinnacle in making sure the REAL curriculum is accurately implemented on a timeline that suits each individual child and young person. We Need We are on the search for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career and has experience of working with children and young people who have complex additional needs such as ADHD, Autism and SEN super powers. You need to hold a minimum level 3 in an education, health or social care qualification and the ability to positively engage our learners. We need someone who understands that there is no one-size fits all solution for all learners in education and are willing to go that extra mile to support our learners who sometimes, have had significant breaks away from education and are anxious in their return to learning.
