Up to £42,000 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Due to the school location driving licence is essential.
Qualified teachers, Unqualified teachers and Class instructors will be considered for this role.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students with SEMH needs who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young people through personalised, accessible teaching in a supportive environment.
The school:
Walnut Tree School is an independent co-educational day school for students aged 7-19 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The school delivers full time education and covers both academic and vocational subjects in line with national benchmarks. We deliver differentiated teaching and learning activities within small groups in a purpose-built school environment.
What we are looking for:
* QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
* A motivating, adaptable teaching style.
* Commitment to inclusive and aspirational education.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
