Job Title: Sales Administrator


Location: Aston, Birmingham


Working Pattern: Full Time - Fully office based. Monday - Thursday - 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 08:30am-3:30pm


Salary: £25,000 - £26,500


Contract Type: Permanent

Join a leading business in their field as they search for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their small and dynamic team!


In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless and efficient processing of sales orders, working closely with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to guarantee smooth order fulfilment. You will also manage a busy inbox and support a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment!

Key Responsibilities



* Accurately process sales orders

* Manage shared inbox, responding to all enquires in a timely manner

* Provide quotations

* Follow up all customer requests

* Maintain database

* Work in partnership with team and internal departments



Requirements



* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel, experience on Sage would be an advantage but is not required.

* Ability to handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism.

* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

* Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
