Responsibilities
* Providing career guidance and advice to employees and early careers cohorts, supporting career conversations.
* Support the design and delivery of career development initiatives, tools, and resources aligned with business needs.
* Promote career and early careers opportunities through workshop delivery, briefings and events, driving awareness and engagement.
* Ensure effective delivery of early careers programmes through ongoing development and continuous improvement activities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of career development practices, labour market trends, and best practice in early careers.
* Collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of career initiatives, using insights to inform improvements.
* Lead the attraction and recruitment of early talent, including apprentices, graduates, and interns.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as schools, colleges, and universities to support talent pipelines.

* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering guidance and facilitating sessions.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for career development.
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle (essential).
