Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Riding Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equine coaching and teaching, with a focus on developing riders of all levels.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective riding lessons tailored to individual skill levels and goals.
* Develop training programmes that enhance riders' technical skills, confidence, and overall performance.
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of both riders and horses during lessons and events.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for both horses and riders.
Qualifications
* A deep understanding of horse care, behaviour, and training principles.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in coaching or equestrian studies (ie BHS Stage 2 or above)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
