We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our busy school office. This key role involves ensuring the school runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
Hours of work: 36 per week, Term Time Only. Start and finish times to be agreed.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday, 16th September 2025.

The ideal candidate will:
* Create a positive first impression for visitors
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including external providers
* Have excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email
* Be confident with IT and office systems
* Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
* Keep records and paperwork up to date, ensuring compliance
You will undertake various administrative duties, including managing financial transactions, assisting with admissions and school trips, and providing general support. You will also handle reception duties, welcoming visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries from parents, staff, pupils, and visitors.
Knowledge of the SIMs management system is desirable but not essential.

Broadwalk Green is a Key Stage 3 Pupil Referral Unit, supporting pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools.
