The Role
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to help deliver engaging, inclusive learning.
* Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual pupil needs.
* Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in young learners.

* Previous experience supporting children with SEN (professional or personal).
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
* Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
