We are currently looking for a passionate Departmental Trainer, to join our Accommodation Services Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As a Departmental
Trainer, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
· Coordinate training
program, ensure all colleagues are train and records are kept in order.
· Conduct training
sessions or briefings on various aspects of Accommodation Services service and
delivery.
· Create daily, weekly
and monthly training programs.
· Ensure departmental
SOPs are in place and up to date
· Monitoring Room
Attendants, Self-checkers and Floor Supervisors daily performance
·
Evaluate a monthly basis the effectiveness of departmental activities
and create an action plan with Accommodation Managers
You will be required to work such
hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
