* Hosting show rounds and planning meetings
* Hosting couples, guests and suppliers
* Overseeing the 20-bedrooms on site, including guest check-ins
* Working to event and office procedures
* To handle any guest complaints / concerns diligently, rapidly and professionally
* Attending training sessions and meetings when required, including off site
* To have clear understanding of and to work to the back office administrative procedures
* Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health and Safety procedures
* Working closely with the team in following up all enquiries, chasing deposits, terms and conditions, bedroom allocations and provisional bookings
* Working with couples on their journey to create planning documents used by the Events Team to execute a 5* wedding or event
