Key Experience Sought
Strong experience acting for residential developers, landowners, promoters, and public‑sector bodies on site acquisitions, disposals, development agreements and strategic land matters.
* Proven ability to manage complex development transactions, including regeneration schemes, mixed‑use projects and large‑scale residential sites.
* Experience advising on title due diligence, land assembly strategies, planning interfaces and infrastructure considerations.
* Ability to lead negotiations, manage multi‑party stakeholders and deliver commercially focused solutions.
* A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships within the residential development ecosystem.
* Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers within a growing team.
