We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional learning needs. Beginning ASAP.

Duties as SEN Teacher:



* Plan and deliver personalised lessons to support pupils with SEN across a range of subjects and abilities.

* Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress.

* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to provide tailored support.

* Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs.

* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

* Provide guidance and support to colleagues on SEN best practices.

Ideal SEN Teacher:



* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally across primary or secondary settings.

* Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks, legislation, and interventions.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills as SEN Teacher.

* Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting every child’s learning journey.
