Job Responsibilities
1. Provide security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required.
2. Protect the customer’s employees, property, and assets in line with Assignment Instructions and site-specific requirements.
3. Deliver high levels of customer service, demonstrating Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. (Note: the Security Officer must have a full SIA licence before starting operational shifts).
4. Maintain outstanding customer service standards.
5. Handle problems faced by staff and visitors responsibly.
6. Present a professional image through personal presentation and uniform.
7. Complete all paperwork timely and conduct effective handovers.
8. Perform any other duties as directed by Branch Management.
9. Show understanding of and engagement with Securitas Core Values, recognizing workplace risks and prioritizing safety, while complying with policies, procedures, and training.
