Job Description
We are seeking a Data Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with a solid understanding of data management and presentation. This role involves working with large volumes of customer data, shaping it into actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with periodic review requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyse, and interpret large datasets related to customer information.
2. Transform raw data into clear, structured, and visually presentable formats for stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
4. Support the Periodic Review process by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
5. Document business requirements, data flows, and process improvements.
6. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on data needs.
Essential Skills
7. Strong understanding of data analysis, data structures, and data quality principles.
8. Proven experience in handling large datasets and presenting data in a meaningful way (, dashboards, reports).
9. Business Analysis skillset, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
10. Experience working with customer data and regulatory/compliance-related projects.
11. Familiarity with Periodic Review processes within financial services or similar regulated environments.
12. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (, Power BI, Tableau).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
13. Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
14. Experience in financial services or banking sector.
15. Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
