* Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes for all individuals under your care.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups, ensuring that clients receive timely access to necessary services.
* Provide administrative support within the office environment, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential for this role, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a healthcare or social services setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
