Cover Supervisor
Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy is seeking a dynamic, strong, and inspirational Cover Supervisor to join our experienced team. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with young people and helping them develop as learners. They should demonstrate an interest in teaching and learning and in managing a productive classroom environment, while working with a team focused on securing the best possible outcomes for students. The role involves teaching up to GCSE level and supporting our highest attaining pupils as well as working with our SEN team to meet all student needs in every lesson. The role may also include form tutor duties and monitoring pastoral systems as required.

Responsibilities
* Teach up to GCSE level, stretch high attaining pupils, and work with the SEN team to meet all student needs in every lesson
* May be required to be a form tutor and undertake monitoring of pastoral systems
