Strip and refit body panels, trims, and interior components in accordance with manufacturer standards
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to high standards of quality and safety
Diagnose faults, plan repair strategies, and order parts efficiently to meet deadlines
Organise workload effectively, multitasking during busy periods to ensure timely completion
Adhere to all health and safety regulations whilst maintaining a clean work environment
Liaise with colleagues to support team goals and ensure customer satisfaction as a Vehicle MET/Strip Fit TechnicianRequirements:
Recognised qualification in automotive MET or vehicle body repair, or working towards an IMI accreditation is preferred
Alternatively, candidates with extensive hands-on experience in vehicle strip and fit, mechanical repairs, suspension, or steering work will be considered
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
