This Deputy Store Manager role is predominantly based in the Bedford and Rushden area.
What you'll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
* Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
* Offer excellent service and help with all customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

* Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
* A knack for time management, delegation, and problem‑solving
* Confidence to support your team through every shift
