Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: Pudsey, West YorkshireSalary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annumOn-Call: 1 in 3 weeks – £500/week standby payment (equivalent to £8,666 annually)Total Package: Up to £48,000 OTEWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacutring company based in Pudsey to recruit a maintenance engineer on a full time permenant basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults on production and plant equipment.
* Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and upgrades.
* Adhere to strict health & safety and compliance standards, including HTM and GMP requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed using a CMMS system.
* Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical support to operations and project teams.
* Participate in on-call rota and emergency response duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Time-served engineering apprenticeship or relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
* Multi-skilled with experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Familiar with industrial plant, process systems, or sterilisation equipment.
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and risk assessments.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a regulated environment.
