Home Manager – Residential Care Home (Adults)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and caring Home Manager to lead our residential care home. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the care team to deliver safe and compassionate care
* Maintain compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation
* Complete care plans, assessments, audits and action plans
* Manage safeguarding concerns and promote a safe environment
* Work closely with families, GPs, District Nurses and other professionals
* Oversee medication systems and infection control standards
* Support staff training, development and performance reviews
* Manage admissions, occupancy and relevant administration duties
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as Deputy Manager, Care Manager, or similar
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Safeguarding, MCA/DoLS
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to prioritise, problem solve and work under pressure
* Passionate about improving outcomes for residents
Required Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or working towards)
* Enhanced DBS Check
* Right to Work in the UK

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
