The Role

You will advise on a wide range of commercial and residential property

\n\n

matters, including:

\n\t
* Site acquisitions and disposals
\n\t
* Residential and mixed-use development projects
\n\t
* Landlord & tenant work
\n\t
* Affordable housing and build-to-rent disposals
\n\t
* Estate management
\n\t
* Property finance
\n\t
* Investment work across commercial and residential sectors
\n
\n\n

The firm’s diverse client base includes PLC and private developers, providing excellent hands-on experience and direct client contact from an early stage.

The Ideal Candidate

\n\n

You will be:

1. A qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in commercial property
\n\t
2. Technically strong with solid academic credentials
