As the SEN English Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering high:quality, engaging English lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
* Adapting curriculum content and using frameworks such as P Scales to ensure accessibility and relevance for all students.
* Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where all students can thrive.
* Collaborating effectively with the Head Teacher, SEN Coordinator, and a dedicated team of staff to implement student support plans.
* Managing the classroom and student behaviour according to school policy.
* Providing personal care support where required, with a proactive and compassionate approach.

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Proven experience working with SEN students within a UK school setting is essential.
* A strong commitment to inclusive teaching practices and methodologies.
* Possession of a valid DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness for one immediately.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in curriculum adaptation and understanding of frameworks like P Scales.
