We are recruiting for a Trainee Welder to join a well-established and respected manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour . What You'll Be Doing Assisting with welding and fabrication duties.
Learning and developing welding techniques under experienced supervision.
Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions.
Preparing materials and components for welding.
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Supporting the wider production team as required.
What We're Looking For Recently completed a welding qualification, training course, or apprenticeship.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in welding and fabrication.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous workshop experience is advantageous but not essential.
