The firm is seeking a newly qualified solicitor, or someone with up to five years' post-qualification experience, who has a solid grounding in private client work and is ready to take the next exciting step in their career. About the Team: The Private Client team is a key pillar of the business. Many of its lawyers hold Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualifications and are members of Solicitors for the Elderly. The team acts for a wide range of clients-from high-net-worth individuals to private family and charitable trusts-and has extensive experience supporting clients with both domestic and international estate planning. Its work includes: Preparing and advising on Wills and trusts Capital tax planning Probate and administration of estates Court of Protection matters Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a broad range of matters across the full spectrum of Private Client work Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments within the Private Client arena and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team Building strong internal and external relationships, developing cross-referral opportunities, and actively participating in business development Candidates seeking to join a supportive, ambitious team where they can grow their expertise and shape their future career are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
