CRM EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and ambitious CRM Executive who is passionate about all things customer and seeking to develop their skill set in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will play a vital role in analysing campaigns, sharing insights with key stakeholders and will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of email campaigns, including campaign planning, briefing, testing and reporting. You will also be engaged in all direct mail operations, email automation, customer research initiatives and building relationships with key agencies.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive day-to-day execution of email critical path, working closely with Creative, Brand and Editorial teams, ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time
* Create detailed email briefs for Creative and Editorial teams adhering to CRM best practices, integrating insights from previous email campaigns, competitor examples and testing proposals
* Implement regular A/B tests to enhance email performance
* Conduct regular reporting on email and direct mail campaigns, focusing on actionable insights and incrementality, comparing against recent and previous year’s campaign performance
* Lead on campaign planning and testing with Wunderkind (Digital Agency), coordinating testing strategy and optimisations
* Support CRM Manager on seasonal email planning and direct mail strategy, coordinating updates with delivery partners
* Optimise lifecycle communications across key touch points, including new customers, lapsed and best customer segments
* Track competitor activity, circulate ideas and recommendations
THE PERSON
* Passionate about customers and data
* Previous experience within a Retailer or Agency in a data-focused role, ideally CRM, Digital Marketing or Merchandising focused
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and others at all levels
* Experience using Emarsys/other Email Service Provider (ESP) is desirable
* A can-do, sleeves rolled up attitude with bucketloads of ambition
