We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Document Controller to join a dynamic construction team working across major infrastructure and build projects. This is a full-time, office/site-based role requiring hands-on document management using Procore. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore and other relevant platforms. * Ensure accurate control of drawings, specifications, RFIs, and other project documents. * Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely document flow. * Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with company and client standards. * Support project teams with document-related queries and training where necessary. * Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with document control protocols. Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry. * Strong proficiency in Procore is essential. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. * Familiarity with other platforms such as Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint is a plus
