Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with team members across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama), delivering actionable insights and data.
* Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable recommendations for the business.
* Build clear and insightful reports to help stakeholders understand the performance of key business areas.
* Support the analytics team in building capabilities for self-service reporting and analysis.
* Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
* Engage proactively with key stakeholders to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with the wider Digital and Customer Analytics teams to support cross-team initiatives.
* Support the evolution of tracking to ensure best-in-class measurement of our website and app.
* Share insights and collaborate across the broader analytics community at Kingfisher.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in a Digital Analytics/data environment.
* Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent).
* Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent).
* Experience with SQL environments (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks or equivalent).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw concise insights from multiple data sets.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Inquisitive problem solver skilled at using data to improve digital experiences.
