Would you like to work in a renowned company which offers up skill and training?\n\nRandstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Maintenance Electrician to join their team based in Newcastle \n\nThis position is starting ASAP and would be a temporary ongoing opportunity, which could lead to becoming permanent for the right candidate \n\nLocation: Newcastle \n\nSalary: £20.27 - £23.47 per hour \n\nKey benefits:\n\nMonday-Friday working (40 hours per week)\n08:00 - 16:00 An average day will include the following:\n\nCarrying out general tasks and electrical PPMs\nMust have experience in carrying out fixed wire testing\nEmergency lighting testing \nMonitoring the BMS system \nFinding faults and reactive work when required \nComplying with health and safety legislation/policies \nProviding a quality service to customers and contract holders \n\nAn ideal candidate will have:\n\n18th Edition\nLevel 3 NVQ\nExperience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry \n\nAn ideal candidate will be:\n\nAble to understand complex information and demonstrate attention to detail\nRemain professional and communicate strongly \nA can-do attitude \nHappy to carry out maintenance on a static site and pkay with City Parking If interested please apply via the link or contact Jess at Randstad Newcastle or apply via the link!\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
