We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team at Swavesey Village College.
You will assist in leading acommitted team, focusing on excellent student achievement, personal development, and progress for all. You will demonstrate your success by creating a consistently positive learning environment, promoting inclusion and progress, ensuring that teaching staff are equipped to guide students in reaching their full potential.
As a key member of the SLT, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of particular areas. Alongside having significant and specific responsibilities, which will be tailored to the needs of the College and skills of the successful candidate, creating the opportunity to make a considerable and positive impact on our students’ futures.
