Reviewing Officer – Adults Commissioning Review Team Organisation: London Borough of Hackney Directorate: Adults & Health Contract: Initially 3 months Hours: 36 Hours per week Location: Hackney / Hybrid working Salary: £28 UMB per hour About the Role We are working on behalf of Hackney Council and we are seeking a committed and organised Reviewing Officer to join the Adults Commissioning Review Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that adults receiving care and support under the Care Act 2014 receive services that are appropriate, person-centred, and deliver value for money. You will be responsible for reviewing care and support plans, engaging with service users and providers, and ensuring commissioned services meet agreed outcomes and quality standards. The role supports independence, wellbeing, and compliance with statutory and council requirements.
