Store Manager role at TipTopJob, for client Up and Running. The position is based in Barnet EN5 and is full‑time.
Salary: UK £28,000 – £32,000 depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for daily store operations: welcoming customers, advising on footwear, training staff on gait analysis, managing stock, staffing, promotions calendar, and accurate reporting on finance and stock levels. You’ll also work toward long‑term success by liaising with Head Office on stock matters, promoting the store through in‑store and outreach promotions, identifying new opportunities, recruiting and training team members, enforcing Health and Safety policies, and conducting performance appraisals and probationary reviews.
